Perception Hypnosis is a personalized hypno-coaching practice, fitted to meet the needs of a client. Applying 15+ years of psychological studies, NLP, and practical experience with clients, my approach is well integrated into coaching you in the right direction while valuing your strengths, to see a future free of delays and limits.
Nothing is a 100% guarantee. While it is believed that all people have the potential to be hypnotized, not everyone is open to allowing the process to take place. Sometimes it's a readiness issue, or perhaps a lack of understanding about hypnosis. Hypnosis is not about losing control; in fact, clients gain more control over their focus to achieve personal goals and aspirations while experiencing a calm state of deep relaxation.
You can expect to have a coach who truly cares about your results and outcome.
Unlike therapy, this is not a long, drawn-out process that keeps you coming to
sessions for Months, even years. Hypnosis works to bypass all the conscious
awareness through talk therapy, into a relaxed experience, where your subconscious
mind (the place where memories and belief systems are stored) has the opportunity
to remove limited beliefs and assign a deeper, more permanent system of beliefs
that will serve you as you go forward.
Since my sessions are based on results and transformation rather than regular visits,
clients can expect to see results in as few as 1-3 sessions.

You generally do not need any special preparation. It can be helpful to think about what you would like to work on and arrive somewhere comfortable where you can focus without unnecessary interruptions.
The best place to start is with an initial conversation. You can share what you're hoping to change, ask any questions you have, and discuss whether personal coaching or hypnotherapy may be appropriate for your goals.
